Tuesday 9/4/12 AM Discussion: It’s a Sauna in Here!

Good morning and here is your forecast discussion for Tuesday morning, September 4th, 2012.

Today: Yep, Isaac’s remnants are STILL with us. They’ll push east this evening. In the meantime, expect some showers, with the best coverage east of town. Highs will range from the lower 80s east where the rain will be most widespread to the middle 80s west.

Tonight/Wednesday: We get a break in the rain, but watch out for another hazard…fog! Could have some locally dense fog tomorrow morning, otherwise partly cloudy skies should be the rule with upper 60s tonight and highs nearing 90 tomorrow…and with the humidity it will feel closer to 95-96, thus the title line.

Thursday: I gotta put a small chance of rain back into this forecast on Thursday with a cool front. Highs Thursday will be in the upper 80s again.

Friday/Weekend: Friday will be not too bad…highs in the middle 80s under partly cloudy skies. Friday evening the clouds build in and by the overnight rain moves back in, and Saturday looks rather nasty. Because of the clouds and rain highs on Saturday will not move far from Friday night’s lows in the upper 60’s…I’m calling for mid 70’s. Unfortunately I do have to put a chance of rain in Sunday’s forecast, too, but only a 40 percent chance. Highs on Sunday may struggle into the low 70’s.

Monday: Still keeping rain chances around but diminishing. Highs will hit the mid 70’s.
