As of 2:30 AM: DENSE FOG ADVISORY UNTIL 10:00 AM: Butler, Clinton and Warren Counties in Southwest OH and Franklin County, IN and all points north from there.
When you get up this morning, things may look a little weird…but it’s a setup for a dry, if hot day. Here’s your morning forecast discussion for September 5, 2012…
Today: After this morning’s fog, partly cloudy skies should be the rule with highs nearing 90. It may feel as warm as 95.
Thursday: There will be a chance of rain as a cool front pushes through. Highs Thursday will be in the upper 80s again.
Friday/Saturday: I think we’re fine in the daytime hours of Friday, with highs in the middle 80’s. Friday evening the clouds build in and by the overnight rain moves back in, and Saturday looks rather nasty with rain and storms.
Because of the clouds and rain highs on Saturday will not move far from Friday night’s lows in the upper 60’s…I’m calling for 74.
Sunday/Monday: I’ve struggled with whether to leave the rain chance in, but what I see tells me I can remove it. I’m going to do that…so I go partly cloudy and highs will hit the mid 70’s.
Tuesday: I do expect a pretty decent, partly cloudy day. Can’t rule out a shower late with highs around 77.
The next discussion will be tonight. Until then, take care!
