It’s another foggy morning here…welcome to your morning forecast discussion for Thursday, September 6, 2012.
TODAY: We’re starting out with a DENSE FOG ADVISORY until 10:00 for the entire area. This afternoon, look for partly cloudy skies with a chance of an afternoon shower or storm. Highs will be in the upper 80s.
FRIDAY/SATURDAY: Friday looks okay, with highs in the middle 80s. That’s before the next front moves in. SPC has about the western 2/3 of the area in a SLIGHT RISK of severe weather tomorrow. We’ll be monitoring to see if we need to go into Storm Mode Friday night and Saturday. Saturday, at this point, looks like a rainy day unfortunately — it may not rain all day, but it’s going to be hard to get a long break. Highs on Saturday will struggle just to hit the middle 70s.
SUNDAY-WEDNESDAY: A nice 3-4 days are on tap after that front passes. Look for clearing skies on Sunday, and dry weather Monday and Tuesday with highs in the 70′s, approaching 80 by Tuesday and into the lower 80s by Wednesday! Not only that, but the mornings will be nice and refreshing with lows in the 50s at least through Tuesday. Not too shabby at all. 🙂
I may not do a discussion this evening, but if I do, it’ll be up by 8:00 PM. Until the next time, take care!
