TODAY: As I anticipated, the rain just isn’t close enough to us to be a concern…I’m opting to leave it out. Highs will be only around 54, as skies will begin to clear during the day.
MONDAY-WEDNESDAY: We’ll hit 58 on Monday under partly cloudy skies. Lows Monday morning will fall hard into the low to mid 30’s, so frost would be VERY widespread. The NWS in Wilmington has issued a FREEZE WARNING for Butler, Clinton, Warren counties in Ohio and for Franklin, Fayette and Union counties in Indiana for tomorrow morning, with FROST ADVISORIES south of that including the Cincy metro. Into Tuesday and Wednesday, we do start to warm things up with highs in the 60’s. Tuesday morning could be a frosty one again, but then Wednesday morning, the frost threat is much less with lows in the 40’s. Along with that, another quick system will push through on Wednesday morning, so I’m still maintaining the rain chance.
THURSDAY: At this point, Thursday still looks dry, with highs in the low 60’s.
FRIDAY-SATURDAY: I’m going with a warmup through this period, with sunny skies. Highs will be around 65 on Friday and 71 on Saturday.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Follow along as I watch our skies and occasionally our roads:
NEXT DISCUSSION: I’m back at it Monday at 6 AM. Until then, stay warm and have a great second half of the weekend!
