TONIGHT: We still have the front crossing our area at this hour. It will be out of here by mid-evening, but there are still a few hours of rain to go. We will fall to 38 tonight.
WEDNESDAY: We should be dry with partly sunny skies. After the lows around 38, we’ll struggle to reach 45.
THURSDAY: We’ll be back in the low 50’s under partly cloudy skies…I will go 51. This will also be our coldest morning of the next six or seven…lows Thursday morning end up around 28.
FRIDAY-MONDAY: Each model run seems to get worse for us in terms of how many days in a row we will see rain. It now appears that the entire weekend will have a chance at rain as waves of low pressure ride up a front that will stall near here. However…it also doesn’t appear quite as chilly. Highs will slowly rise from lower 50’s on Friday to the low 60’s by the time we reach Monday. Lows will probably end up in the 40’s to low 50’s. I should point out that the GFS has a look to the Monday wave that, if it panned out, *could* see severe weather slam the area early next week, with a big wintry mess behind it. Watch the trends on that one, folks.
