TODAY: We continue to warm up with highs around 50. I have to put rain into the forecast for this morning from the Cincy metro west, and a chance will exist all day to the east of town (from a Wilmington-Georgetown-Brooksville line eastward especially).
THURSDAY: Another chance of rain looks to occur beginning tomorrow, with a high around 50 after a low near 34. I am going to watch for the possibility of some heavy rain, which may also cause problems this weekend.
FRIDAY: It now looks like we will be rainy around the area, with highs nearing 60 as the Thursday system looks to slow WAY down getting out of here. Lows Friday morning might stay in the middle 40’s.
THIS WEEKEND AND MONDAY: Another front crashes in this weekend with a continuing chance of rain. Saturday morning may be a dry one, but I look for the rain chances to ramp up again beginning late Saturday afternoon and continuing through the rest of the weekend. There may be periods of locally heavy rainfall — and I’d watch those small streams and creeks with all of the snowmelt plus this week’s rain. There might even be some rumbles of thunder Saturday night into Sunday! Saturday may just be the peak day of the warmup — how about a high of 63?? Sunday will see a cool down with a high back into the lower 50’s. Finally, all of the rain exits Monday night, but not before possibly mixing in some snow flurries. Highs on Monday will be near 40. So, plan some indoor activities this weekend!
TUESDAY: We finally get everything out of here but it turns cold again with highs in the lower 40’s.
